My sister is having a baby!  So she sent me some pictures of these adorable onesies and I had an idea to use my cutting machine to make her some.  Then I figured I could also make some matching shirts for her other two girls.  Then we had this awesome idea to make pregnancy announcements with these shirts, so that's what I did instead.   I of course needed to use up my stock since I was just going to be getting rid of it anyway. I have been having to alter a lot of old Barbie patterns because they don’t fit the new Barbie Basics or Silkstones. I found a software online that I can put in the measurements and it will draft the pattern for me. It doesn’t work with Barbie’s actual measurements, but multiplying it by six, it works. I thought it would be a lot easier to measure the Barbies with a tape measure that is 1/6 scale to avoid converting all the measurements. So here it is. Just download it and print it using a program such as Photoshop to print it at 100% scale, do not “fit to page” or anything like that. If you have any trouble, feel free to contact me. After printing, I cut it and put a strip of tape on each side, then cut the tape close to the paper. The measurements are in inches.  It is supposed to be 10.24 inches long when printed. You can also download the pdf here  on dropbox. And here is a full sheet (letter size) with several rulers on it so that you can cut them out and tape them together.
